Learning the fundamentals of all subjects is the key to success.During 1980s and early 1990's, the times when I followed the pattern of IIT-JEE, you'd encounter a lot of subjective questions, which you had not see before. So to be able to solve that required understanding Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to the core. I will dwell more on this in a different post.
